California – The Democratic leadership have emboldened thieves to freely rob and steal from businesses and citizens.
Democrats have made theft under $950 a misdemeanor, and if caught, the criminal will only be issued a citation.
The word for what is happening is anarchy. A civilized nation will be destroyed from within if this type of behavior is not dealt with.
