This might be Biden’s exit from the Democratic Presidential race.
Mental health should be a major consideration for voters, especially when selecting the President of the United States.
Biden is not thinking clearly. Today he spoke in South Carolina;
“My name’s Joe Biden, I’m a Democratic candidate for the United States Senate. Look me over, if you like what you see, help out. If not, vote for the other Biden. Give me a look though, ok?”
He is clearly oblivious to what he just said.
