Colorado Man Arrested While Playing T-Ball In A Park With His 6-Year-Old Daughter For Violating Social Distancing [VIDEO]

Man handcuffed in front of daughter at Brighton park for allegedly violating social distancing

Colorado resident Matt Mooney was handcuffed at Donelson Park in front of his 6-year-old daughter and his wife Sunday afternoon. He was arrested for allegedly violating the state’s social distancing guidelines.

Another example for Americans who believe that we are currently living in a police state, with our Constitutional rights being violated.

This goes beyond common sense, and straight into absurdity.

Mooney thinks his contact with police could have resulted in harm to his health, stating; “During the contact, none of the officers had masks on, none of them had gloves on, and they’re in my face handcuffing me, they’re touching me,” he said.

Mooney was released after spending about 10 minutes in the back of a patrol car, but he feels he deserves an apology.
